Final Random Inspection (FIR):
The Final Random Inspection (FRI) occurs when the entire consignment is packed and prepared for shipment. This inspection is conducted in accordance with international standards. A thorough physical examination of randomly selected samples is performed, focusing on buyer-specified criteria, including design/style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing, and more.
Status Reporting
The status report is generated through a comprehensive multi-state inspection and communicated to the buyers. Production progress is closely scrutinized in alignment with delivery terms, and appropriate measures are taken to guarantee timely delivery of goods. Consignments are approved for shipment only when they meet the required standards set by the buyers.
